Ming Wai is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar since 2013. Ming Wai has pursued his education with a Diploma in International Arbitration (DIA) and he is also a registered Trademark Agent.

Ming Wai established his own humble practice of Ming & Partners on 3 July 2020. On 1 May 2021, he was joined by his partners Mr Loo Hao Han, Mr Pang Saw Pin and Mr Lim Kuan. Prior to the establishment of Ming & Partners, Ming Wai was with Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff (‘CCA’) from September 2013 until June 2020.

Ming Wai acts in disputes involving corporate litigation, construction, intellectual property (‘IP’) and technology, tax and other general litigation matters. Ming Wai was a member of the Bar Council IP Committee and an ad-hoc legal aid lawyer.

Other than dispute resolution, Ming Wai also advises his clients on various corporate restructuring matters, construction agreements and IP and Technology agreements.
