Ming Wai is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar since 2013. Ming Wai has pursued his education with a Diploma in International Arbitration (DIA) and he is also a registered Trademark Agent.

Ming Wai established his own humble practice of Ming & Partners on 3 July 2020. On 1 May 2021, he was joined by his partners Mr Loo Hao Han, Mr Pang Saw Pin and Mr Lim Kuan.
